The contents of the report:
The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs that on 19 June 2020 the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting under the Articles of Association of the Company, passed a resolution on the selection of UHY ECA Audyt Sp. Z o.o. Sp. k. registered in Warsaw at ul. Połczyńska (01-337), as an entity with which the agreement will be signed on the review of the financial statements compiled on 30 June 2020 and 31 December 2020. The selected entity is recorded in the register of entities authorized to audit financial statements under the No. 3115 kept by the National Council of Statutory Auditors. The Company has not yet used the services of the selected entity. The choice was made in accordance with applicable regulations and professional standards.
