The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs about the dates of publication of the Company's financial reports in 2020:

Quarterly reports:

• SA-Q1(2020) 29.05.2020
• SA-Q3(2020) 27.11.2020

Semi-annual report:

• SA-P(2020) 30.09.2020

Annual report:

• SA-R(2019) 30.04.2020

At the same time, the Management Board of Talex S.A. informs that:

pursuant to §79 (2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 20 April 2018 on current and periodic information passed by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), the Company will not publish neither the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2019, nor the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2020.

TALEX SA declares that corporate documents and financial reports are published in English for information purposes only. TALEX SA is not liable for the accuracy of the translation of the original documents in Polish.
