The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs that today the Company became aware of the conclusion of the agreement of 23 November 2016 with Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (Bank). The subject of the agreement is the delivery of IT solutions. The estimated maximum net value of the agreement is PLN 6.64 million.
