The contents of the report:

The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs that today the Supervisory Board, acting under the authorization granted by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 25 April 2013, drew up and adopted by way of resolution the uniform text of the Articles of Association of the Company. The consolidated text includes the changes made by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 25 April 2013 (see current report No 15/2013) and approved by the decision of the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznan dated 28 June 2013 in the the register of entrepreneurs (see current report No 23/2013). At the same time, the Management Board of Talex S.A. encloses, in the attached file, the consolidated text of the Company's Articles of Association.
