The contents of the report:

Management of Talex S.A. informs that today the Company has received information on the conclusion of the agreement of 20 March 2013 with Allegro Group located in Poznan. The subject of the agreement, signed for the period of 3 years, is the delivery of software. The value of the agreement denominated in Euro is equivalent to the amount of PLN 7.7 million. The provisions of the agreement shall not exclude the possibility of demanding compensation claims in line with general principles of the Civil Code by the contracting party. The criterion to consider this agreement as significant: the amount of equity.
