SME

SME – System for automating credit decisions for SMEs

The system allows to support the omnichannel credit process for small and medium-sized enterprises. It supports dedicated processes to installment loans and overdrafts.

It allows processing of the following:

presentation of the product offer, determined individually for the customer,
initial simulation, i.e. defining detailed price conditions for selected products, depending on defined business parameters,
initiation of the application and editing of financial and non-financial data,determination of credit conditions, verification of the customer’s creditworthiness and making a credit decision,
generation of a credit agreement and collateral documents,
credit launch.

Rating Tool

System for calculating credit ratings

The system allows you to create rating models, carry out related processes, and store and share the calculated results. It is a comprehensive, efficient solution that provides a uniform, flexible environment for the management of internal rating systems. Rating Tool allows you to develop more effective methods of risk assessment and, as a result, improve your financial outcome.

The essential functions of the system:

recording of all parameters related to rating processes;
defining forms for collecting data at the business level without the need to change the structure of the database;
configuration of multiple rating models;
versioning of rating models and supporting the transfer of configurations between environments;
integration with external systems (customer base, transaction systems);
handling the approval processes of the designated rating;
conducting simulation of the rating process;
handling individual analyses for particularly vital customers.

Credit Delivery

System for automating credit decisions for individual clients

Credit Delivery system automates the processing of credit applications based on defined decision rules. Its use reduces the number of non-performing loans while making the process of application processing repetitive, effective and efficient.

The system supports various banking products:

credit cards;
limits in a personal account;
cash loans;
lease;
transfer of a limit from another bank;
promises and decisions specific to mortgage applications;
renewals of credit cards and limits;
purchase of securities.

SMZ

Security monitoring system

The system enables automation and parameterization of processes related to monitoring of accounts and collateral. The main source of data is the transaction systems that provide the application with information about customers, accounts, collateral and their interconnections.

The downloaded information is made available to users for review, according to their authorizations. The imported data can be supplemented with additional information stored locally in the SMZ.

The system assigns specific conduct strategies to accounts and collateral, based on defined input rules. Strategies are implemented with the use of dedicated processes that automate procedures. SMZ allows for generation of reports, both automatic and user-generated.

SZRek

Complaint management system

Complaint Management System (SZRek) enables automation of the processing of requests, complaints and comment within the bank. It allows you to define the paths along which the complaint is handled. The system is a highly flexible tool that helps improve customer relations through faster and more thorough consideration of issues reported by customers.

The key functions of the system:

ensures an unambiguous assignment of the owner to each case and the possibility of transferring cases between employees;
provides a flexible escalation and notification system;
handles consultations commissioned during the consideration of cases;
controls the deadlines for completion of the processing stages following internal procedures;
provides a full history of case handling;
supports handling of remediation processes for key categories of complaints;
provides multi-level categorization of registered cases;
supports group work;
provides integration with an external customer repository, CRM (optional) and document repository (optional).

SOPEL

Central Electronic Mail support system

The Central Email Support System supports the work of HelpDesk teams in responding to the questions that arrive via e-mail. The system registers received e-mails in a central repository and, after automatic category recognition based on keywords, distributes them to the appropriate teams. It also supports group work, allowing to download correspondence from a shared list, transfer cases among users, and order consultations as part of the case under consideration.

The essential functions of the system:

unambiguously indicates the user responsible for responding;
controls the deadlines for the required response;
combines all incoming and outgoing correspondence regarding the same case;
automatically downloads attachments from received correspondence;
allows including attachments and comments to the case;
allows adding attachments to outgoing correspondence;
provides statistical reports.

BCM

Business continuity management system

The BCM system helps to keep business continuity plans up-to-date. BCM makes it possible to determine the impact of the unavailability of individual elements on the bank’s ability to maintain business continuity, thanks to defined in the BCM system connections between the resources used in the execution of processes.

The essential functions of the system:

stores documents (plans) generated by the system in a central repository,
allows access control to data and documents through permissions based on the roles performed in individual, organisational units,
allows to create various templates of plans for different units,
provides versioning of generated plans,
enables planning and supports implementation of tests of procedures in units.

SWZ

Procurement Support System

The system supports the implementation of mass purchases of consumables, food products, marketing products and specific services for which suppliers are selected centrally, and the delivery terms are determined based on contracts. It allows to streamline the process of realization of typical purchases and to reduce purchasing costs by using economies of scale.

The key features of the system:

automatically updates a supplier’s product basket based on the offers it provides,
automatically converts demands into orders to suppliers,
aggregates demand items into total items on orders,
enables handling of non-standard items (outside the product basket),
supports the handling of orders, goods receipts, returns, complaints and reminders,
allows to monitor the deadlines for order completion and assess the quality of cooperation with suppliers.

PWD

Tender process support system

The system supports the tendering procedure for the implementation of purchases from the moment of reporting a business need through its acceptance, handling of inquiries, collection and evaluation of bids, up to the selection of winning tender and opinion on the contract. The process ends with signing an agreement and registering it the in the contract repository.

The essential functions of the system:

provides a multi-criteria system for evaluating bids with assignment of weights to criteria;
enables a multi-stage process with successive iterations of bids;
automatically indicates the winner based on the ratings entered by committee members;
provides the opportunity to select more than one winner;
supports the procedure for acceptance of the winner’s selection;
supports the process of negotiating and reviewing the contract, including the provision of the possibility of simultaneously negotiating several types of contracts related to one tender;
registers concluded contracts.

Talex CPM

IT service cost management system

The system facilitates the preparation and justification of the IT budgets based on the demands reported by business units. Talex CPM also clearly presents the scope and cost of IT services provided to individual business units and the entire bank. The system makes creating budgets for IT services more easier, faster and more effective.

The essential functions of the system:

the possibility of simulating the financial effects of planned changes in IT infrastructure, models for providing IT services or contracts with suppliers,
the possibility of verifying the correctness of cost calculations and explaining them to business units both in graphs and in tabular summaries,
support for the analysis of the impact of individual quantitative and qualitative requirements on costs and rationalisation of the requirements of business units,
access to current information on planned and actual costs of IT services.

Decision environments and engines

BPro

Decision engine

BPro is a universal engine that enables the execution of processes (workflow). In addition, it offers the mechanisms of data processing, collection and transformation, the functionality of a decision engine and the ability to feed external decision-making systems with data collected from various sources.

The essential functions of the decision engine:

hot deployment of processes – installation of new versions from the business administrator console (via a browser) without the need to restart the system,
versioning of processes definitions – the possibility of parallel operation of different definitions,
to-do inbox,
handling the distribution of tasks per user or group,
administrative panel that allows you to control the current stage of processing and context,
vast integration possibilities: access to any databases, rmi, web services, tuxedo services and text files,
high resistance to processing errors – storing the full context of the process implementation.

HSD

Hybrid Decision System

Hybrid Decision System is a solution that combines the functionality of a classic decision engine with technology that uses the results of machine learning. It allows to build complex decision strategies, that are a compilation of rules defined by analysts, with machine algorithms (e.g. decision trees, random forests, neural networks) obtained by analysing historical data sets.

HSD is, therefore, a comprehensive solution which makes it is possible not only to make decisions but also to implement the entire business process, including data acquisition and integration with external systems and data sources.

Other key functionalities of HDS:

a graphical tool for defining decision strategies, processing and supply processes as well as services,
clear language for business rules definition and script language,
possibility of expanding HSD with its functions implemented with the use of the built-in script language,
web console enabling easy management of processes and strategies (including hot deployment of new versions) from the business administration level,
