He is the main coordinator of the Management Board activities, representing the company in external communications and supervising the administrative departments of Talex. In the years 1990-1998 he held the position of the General Director of the Production and Implementation Company Talex sp. z o.o., and after its transformation into Talex SA in 1998 he became the President of the Management Board of the company. Mathematician by education, in the years 1979-1990 he worked at the Institute of Building Technologies and Construction, Poznan University of Technology, where he managed the Data Processing Center. For over 30 years he has been involved in IT in both his scientific and professional work. He is one of the originators and founders of Wielkopolska ICT Cluster. He represents the company as the Chairman of the Council of the Polish Data Center Association and a Member of the Council of the Polish Confederation Lewiatan.

In the years 1990-1998 he held the position of the Deputy Director in the Production and Implementation Company Talex sp. z o.o. IT specialist by education, in the years 1981-1990 he worked at the Institute of Building Technologies and Construction, Poznan University of Technology.

In the years 1990-1998 he held the position of the Chief Specialist, followed by the position of Deputy Director in the Production and Implementation Company Talex sp. z o.o. IT specialist by education, in the years 1985-1990 he worked at the Research and Implementation Center Mercomp sp. z o.o. in the Production and Implementation Company Komplex EFC.

Member of the Management Board of Talex SA since 2007. He represents the company in front of the key clients, focusing especially on the banking sector. He has been with Talex since 1992. He held the position of Sales Director, Management Board Representative for Cooperation with Strategic Customers and the Director of the Key Account Department. Graduate of Poznan University of Technology, and the Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of Economics in Poznan, realised in cooperation with The Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom.

Member of the Management Board of Talex SA since 2010. He is responsible for the coordination of the sales strategy in the company and cooperation with the key clients, focusing especially on the banking sector.
He has been with the company since 1996. In the year 2000 he became the Director of the Talex SA branch in Wroclaw. In the years 2001-2003 he held the position of a Member of the Management Board and the President of Zachodnie Systemy Informatyczne – a subsidiary of Talex SA. Since 2004 he was the Director of the Silesian Region of Talex SA, and since 2008 the Director of the Department of Financial and Banking Services in Talex. IT specialist by education.
