Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of Talex. She is a lecturer at the University of Economics in Poznan and has supervised several hundred MSc and 13 PhD graduates of Economics. In scientific research she deals with strategic management, marketing and business communication. For many years she has been cooperating with businesses, carrying out many research and implementation projects. In 1970 she graduated from Poznan University of Economics with Master's degree. In 1974 she received the title of Doctor of economics sciences and next, in 1991, a postdoctoral degree. From 2001 to 2019, she was a full professor at the University of Economics in Poznan. Currently, she works as a professor at the State Higher Vocational School [PWSZ] in Leszno, carrying out teaching and research.

Member of the Supervisory Board of Talex. Since 2003 he has been the Head of the Department of Applied Computer Science at the Faculty of Physics of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. From 1997 to 2017 he was a President of the Management Board of ITTI Ltd in Poznan, the company operating in the field of innovative ICT solutions.
A graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications at Poznan University of Technology. In 1986 he was awarded the academic degree of doctor, and in 1993 a postdoctoral degree of habilitated doctor. In 1987-1989 he was a visiting professor at Brooklyn Polytechnic in the USA, and in 1991-1996 a professor at the international Polish-French technical university in Poznan.

Member of the Supervisory Board of Talex. Currently, he works as the Director of the Research and Development Office at Talex SA. He has been associated with the company since September 1991. From 1992 to 1998 he was the President of the Management Board at Talex Software sp. z o.o. After the acquisition of Talex Software sp. z o.o. by Talex SA, he held the positions of Director of the Software Department and Director of the Project Management Office.

Member of the Supervisory Board of Talex. He is a member of the University Council and the Chairman of the Senate Personnel Committee at the University of Life Sciences in Poznan. He is also a member of the Programme Council of the Wielkopolska Center for Advanced Technologies in Poznan and a member of the Scientific Council of Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of PAS [IRZiBŻ PAN] in Olsztyn.
He has been associated with Poznan University of Life Sciences since 1979. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition at Poznan University of Life Science, where he was awarded the academic degree of doctor of agricultural sciences (1989) and then a postdoctoral degree (2000). In 2007 he obtained the academic title of professor.
In 1987-1988 he stayed in the USA at Cornell University on a Fulbright scholarship, and in 2003 on an OECD scholarship.

Member of the Supervisory Board of Talex. Partner in Poprawska i Kasztelan Biegli Rewidenci Spółka Partnerska (Limited Liability Partnership), entered into the list of auditing companies kept by the Polish Chamber of Statutory Auditors. A graduate of Poznan University of Economics. In 1991 she obtained a diploma of chartered accountant, and following the regulatory changes, was entered on the list of statutory auditors. Professionally reinvolved mainly in the audit of financial statements. In the years 1991-2003 she was the Vice President and later President of an accounting and auditing company.
