On March 19 (Wrocław) and March 20 (Poznań), we successfully underwent surveillance audits, confirming the maintenance of high compliance standards with ISO norms. These audits aimed to verify whether Talex continues to meet the requirements of international management standards.
Rigorous Norms Verification
During the audits, our organization was thoroughly examined for compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards. Over two days, employees underwent rigorous assessment conducted by an independent auditor, SGS company. Skills related to compliance with implemented ISO procedures and effective operation within established standards were scrutinized. The procedures of two standards were audited:
ISO 27001 – Information Security Management System. This standard defines requirements for effective information security management within an organization. It focuses on ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, protecting it from all threats, both internal and external.
ISO 9001 – Quality Management System. This is one of the most important standards for quality management in an organization. This norm specifies requirements for a quality management system aimed at ensuring continuous improvement of processes and services, increasing customer satisfaction, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Confirmation of Quality
Thanks to the cooperation of all stakeholders, we managed to conclude the audits successfully. The obtained certificates confirm our commitment to maintaining high operating standards and readiness for further improvement.
We thank everyone involved in the project. Maintaining ISO norms is an ongoing process involving all departments and levels of our organization. This not only allows us to respond to changing market conditions but also actively shapes the future of our company, ensuring stability and competitiveness for ourselves and our clients in the market.
