The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby announces the publication dates of the Company’s periodic reports in the financial year 2025:

Consolidated quarterly reports:
• SA-Q1 (2025) 30.05.2025
• SA-Q3 (2025) 28.11.2025

Consolidated semi-annual report:
• SA-P (2025) 30.09.2025

Annual report:
• SA-R (2024) 30.04.2025

At the same time, the Management Board of Talex S.A. informs that, pursuant to Art. 79 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information passed by issuers of securities and on conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757), the Company will publish neither the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2024, nor the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2025.
