Janusz Gocalek, having 611,340 shares, entitled to 747,340 votes, which constitutes 30.75% of the number of votes at that General Meeting and 21.93 of total number of votes;

Jacek Klauziński, having 611,340 shares, entitled to 747,340 votes, which constitutes 30.75% of the number of votes at that General Meeting and 21.93% of total number of votes;

Andrzej Rózga, having 611,340 shares, entitled to 747,340 votes, which constitutes 30.75% of the number of votes at that General Meeting and 21.93% of total number of votes;
