The contents of the report:

The Management Board of Talex S.A. informs that at the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 26 April 2017, the following Shareholders had at least 5% of total number of votes during that Assembly:

• Jacek Klauziński, having 611,340 shares, entitled to 747,340 votes, which constitutes 46.72% of the number of votes at this General Assembly, and 21.93% of total number of votes;
• Andrzej Rózga, having 611,340 shares, entitled to 747,340 votes, which constitutes 46.72% of the number of votes at this General Assembly, and 21.93% of total number of votes.
• Robert Fiołek, having 101,800 shares, entitled to 101,800 votes, which constitutes 6.36% of the number of votes at this General Assembly, and 2.99% of total number of votes.
