The contents of the report:

The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs that the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 25 April 2013 adopted the resolution on distribution of payment of dividend. The amount of PLN 900,027,60 has been allocated to dividend payment, meaning that the dividend per share amounts to PLN 0.30. Dividends are subject to all the shares of the Company i.e. 3,000,092 shares. 20 May 2013 is the dividend record date, and 4 June 2013 is the dividend payment date.
