Subject: Conclusion of the agreement with the Board of the Wielkopolska Region

The contents of the report:

The Management Board of Talex S.A. hereby informs that today the Company signed the agreement of 20 March 2017 with the Board of the Wielkopolska Region which functions as an Institution in charge of Management of the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme for the years 2014-2020. The subject of the agreement is the subsidy to the Company’s project entitled „Development of theoretical foundations and a prototype of a hybrid decision-making and rating system.” The maximum value of the grant amounts to PLN 2.49 million.

The funding has been granted to the Company within the framework of the Wielkopolska Regional Operational Programme for 2014-2020 (priority axis 1 „Innovative and competetive economy", Action: 1.2 „Enhancing the innovative potential of enterprises in Wielkopolska region”).

The agreement does not contain provisions for contractual penalties. Any violation of the provisions of the agreement by the Company may result in the termination of the agreement by the Board of the Wielkopolska Region and the obligation to repay the part of the received grant, plus interest in the amount specified as tax arrears calculated from the date of the transfer of funds to the bank account of the Company.
