The contents of the report:

The Management Board of Talex S.A. informs that the Company was notified on the conclusion of an annex to the agreement with Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. with its seat in Wroclaw, about which the Company had informed in the current report No. 17/2011, and about its amendments in the current report No. 4/2016 and 24/2018. The subject of the annex is the extension of the term of the provision of IT services with the use of Data Center infrastructure. The services shall be provided by the Company for 5 years and their value in that period is estimated at the net amount of PLN 7.2 million. The services covered by the agreement are certified outsourcing within the meaning of relevant provisions of the Banking Law.
