The contents of the report:

The Management of Talex S.A. informs that today the Company signed the annex to the agreement concluded with Poznan University of Technology (publication of the current report No. 9/2013). The subject of the agreement is the optimization of the scope of the agreement and partial reduction of the range of services commissioned by the University. The value of the services that decreases the value of the agreement is estimated at PLN 6.9 million gross.
