Management of Talex S.A. informs that at the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 7 June 2022, the following shareholders had at least 5% of total number of votes during that meeting:

Janusz Gocałek, having 758,793 shares, entitled to 894.793 votes, which constitutes 29.74% of the number of votes at that General Meeting and 26.25 of total number of votes;

Jacek Klauziński, having 758,793 shares, entitled to 894,793 votes, which constitutes 29.74% of the number of votes at that General Meeting and 26.25 % of total number of votes;

Andrzej Rózga, having 759,793 shares, entitled to 894,793 votes, which constitutes 29.74% of the number of votes at that General Meeting and 26.25 % of total number of votes;
